This will be a hands-on in person workshop where we’ll look at how the short story is the perfect form to explore and exploit the uncanny in order to instil dread and unease in the reader. We’ll consider some of the techniques writers use to unsettle and perturb, and put these methods to effect in practical exercises.

Come armed with a pen and paper.

 Attend a Writing the Uncanny workshop and get a ticket to the panel event at 6pm for £3.
